About Us

Randy Cubriel is an Attorney and Counselor at Law with nearly 15 years experience in and around Texas government and politics.  He is licensed to practice law in Texas and North Carolina, and has advised clients on complex legal and constitutional issues.  Randy has also devised, executed, and managed issue management campaigns across the U.S. Additionally, Randy has legislative, policy, and campaign experience at the state and federal levels. He works closely with elected officials and key decision-makers to support his clients’ governmental needs.

 

Prior to opening his own law office, Randy worked as an Associate in one of the largest corporate law firms in the Southeast, where he advised Fortune 300 clients with environmental, energy, oil & gas, and business needs before regulatory and legislative bodies.

 

Randy has served in various capacities in the Texas Senate, for two Texas lieutenant governors, and two Texas attorneys general.  While in law school, Randy clerked for the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on Immigration, Border Security and Citizenship, as well as the Office of Solicitor General in the office of the Attorney General of Texas.

 

Randy is a former member of the Service Contract Providers Advisory Board at the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
