Randy Cubriel has nearly 25 years of experience in and around Texas government and politics. He is a trusted and effective governmental consultant and an accomplished attorney.
Randy is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and Texas. He serves as general outside legal counsel to a number of individuals and business entities on a variety of business issues. Randy also has legislative, policy, and regulatory experience at the state and federal levels. He works closely with elected officials and key decision-makers to support his clients’ governmental needs.
Randy also believes strongly in serving the community. In June 2016, Randy co-founded the Cancer Law Clinic (CANLAW), which provides comprehensive pro bono estate planning services to cancer patients and their caregivers. He also serves as a trustee of the Austin Chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), the largest nonprofit dedicated to fighting blood cancers.
In 2014 Randy led a team that raised over $100,000 for blood cancer research and was named the 2014 LLS Man of the Year in Austin. Randy is a member of the 2016 Leadership Austin Essential Class, and he is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. In January 2018 Randy received The David H. Walter Community Excellence Award by the Austin Bar Foundation.
He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Austin Bar Association, and the North Carolina Bar Association.
